We reported earlier this year about the police manhunt for the bomber that left a parcel bomb on the doorstep of a Messianic Pastor in Arad. The parcel was picked up by his 14 year old son, who was severely wounded when the bomb exploded at waist height. It was truly a miracle of God that he survived, despite his many injuries and operations.
The person arrested is an American Orthodox Jew that confessed to carrying out this awful deed as well as other hate attacks on other people in Israel, including two Arabs and a taxi driver. The police found firearms and explosives at his home. The Messianic believers in the land are relieved by his capture and end to his war on them. They feel safer now that he is behind bars. The perpetrator’s arrest has put the spotlight on the persecution of the Messianic Jewish believers in Israel and will force other fanatics to take stock before contemplating such cruel acts in the future. The police are also to be congratulated on the fine detective work that brought this criminal to book.
